Start with our base plan, or increase you’re allowed active requests for more output. Submit as many requests as you like each month and we will work through them in the order received. There are no limits on the number of requests or revisions you can make, however, with fewer revisions we can complete more tasks in a given month. Once you have approved a design is complete, we can move on to the next item in your queue.

By subscribing to any of our plans, you will be assigned a designated project manager to work with. That person’s job is to monitor your requests and route them to the best creative for the project. Additionally, they will work with you on ensuring the request is clear and contains all required details, before passing it off to the creative team. All project managers will ensure your requests and feedback are fully understood by our creative team member.

This depends on the type and complexity of project you are submitting for our team, here are some example turnaround times of roughly when you can expect a completed first draft:

• Non-web package: 1-2 biz days
• 3D and web package: 4-9 biz days

We are able to offer this low rate by keeping work asynchronous. Submit you’re requests to our team by using your dedicated Asana.com dashboard, and communicate with your project manager via the dashboard or email.

Our team works Pacific Time Zone hours, Monday through Friday, 9 am – 5 pm. You can always send any requests through your dedicated portal on Asana.com 24/7 – 7 days a week.
